Minimum rental period for non-incubator members is 1 hour for studios and 4 hours for the theater. Daily rentals include 8 hours of space rental. For theater rentals additional staff fees apply. Please inquire for more information.
These rental rates are for classes, performances, or exhibitions produced by artists and community organizations. Special events outside of this category require reservation through our Private Event Rental.
